The Express 25
Short on time? Book in for your express personalised 25 minute massage treatment. The aim of this treatment is to ease muscular tension where it is most evident using Swedish massage and/or deep tissue techniques. Treatment time is suitable to target an isolated area.
40 Min Massage
A 40 minute massage tailored to your needs. The aim of this treatment is to ease muscular tension where it is most evident using Swedish massage and/or deep tissue techniques.
Treatment time is suitable to target one or two areas e.g 40 minutes lower body massage or 40 minutes upper body massage.
60 Min Massage
A 60 minute massage tailored to your needs. The aim of this treatment is to ease muscular tension where it is most evident using Swedish massage and/or deep tissue techniques. Treatment time is suitable to target multiple areas of the body.
90 Min Massage
A 90 minute massage tailored to your needs. The aim of this treatment is to ease muscular tension where it is most evident using Swedish massage and/or deep tissue techniques. Treatment time is suitable for a full body including face and scalp
Relaxing reflexology

A therapeutic back, neck and shoulders massage designed to target the classic areas of stress. Using aromatic oils to melt away tension and create a sense of deep relaxation. Finished with a stress relieving scalp massage and heated eye mask to elevate your relaxation.
Dreamy Full Body
A therapeutic full body massage using aromatic oils to melt away tension and create a sense of deep relaxation. This treatment involves working on areas of tension in the back, shoulders, neck, legs, stomach (optional) and arms. Using a sequence of movements pressure and massage work together superficially, penetrating deeper into the tissue layers; a bliss of total relaxation.
Finished with a stress relieving scalp massage and heated eye mask to elevate your relaxation.
Facial Massage
A wonderful way to relax and promote a sense of wellbeing. This facial focus on massage techniques rather than products. The facial massage includes massage of the decollete, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. The skin cleansed before a suitable massage medium is applied.
